NO you do not. Our system was designed to work equally well with dial-up or high speed connections.

Are my patients medical records safe?

Our system is HIPAA compliant and social security codes are encrypted. Your site is also pass code protected for privacy.

Do I need to commit to a fixed amount of time?

No, you can cancel at any time. Keep it mind however that the more your patients and staff use the system, the more conveninent it becomes.

Are there any other fees involved?

The fees for Provider Online Services are $199 for set up and $19.95 per month per office or website. The only other fees are for the internet merchant agreement which is independent of Provider Online Services.
